I ordered from us-mattress.com and, i was mainly worried about the delivery. I don’t think that’s unreasonable either, big items like mattresses can be a pain, and I’ve had enough annoying delivery experiences to be skeptical.

But this one went smoothly. They gave me a delivery window, called before they came, and the mattress actually showed up on the day they said it would. No runaround, no random delay, no vague excuses.
The box was in good shape too, so I really don’t have anything to complain about. It was a simple order with reliable delivery, and for a mattress purchase, that’s pretty much what I wanted. 5 stars from me.

Well, I’ve been using this mattress for a bit now and it feels really solid. The quality seems great, and so far I haven’t noticed any sagging.

The sales staff was nice and seemed to know some things, but I was a bit confused when they couldn’t answer a few basic mattress questions. They were helpful enough overall, just not as knowledgeable as I expected.

Delivery was pretty much in line with what they said, no big surprise there, and the mattress has been really comfortable so far. I keep thinking maybe I should’ve replaced my old one sooner, but anyway, for the money, I feel like I got a genuinely good deal. I’d use them again.
